LIQUID LIGHT FLIGHT: SPRING TIDE

In creating the branding for Wild Arts Collective's show, Liquid Light Flight: Spring Tide, I utilized collage, light, shadow, and liquidity to create majestic intrigue. To further the show's message about community and environmental justice, I collaborated with local artists and used hand-made and natural materials used whenever possible, particularly evident in our merch and zine.

See below our line of Liquid Light Flight merchandise, featuring our recycled cotton hand-dyed T-Shirt and Tote bag (dyed with natural pigments), printed with ink made from algae. The black T-shirts are splattered with bleach as a reference to coral bleaching.

Part of Liquid Light Flight: Spring Tide included the design and creation of an educational Zine/Program for the show. The seaweed imagery in the zine was made by Wild Arts Collective Artist in Residence Rachel Craig, who hand carved linoleum stamps and printed them using algae ink.
